Coffee Machine Installations

Smith-Canham has coordinated since 2008 up to and including the present day, all coffee machine installations on behalf of McDonalds Restaurants in the United Kingdom. This is over 170 stores per year. This is a live & on-going project.

Hygienic Wall Cladding

We are the largest supplier and installer of hygienic wall cladding to McDonalds Restaurants in the UK handling more than 3,000 sheets per year. The wall cladding is typically used in the back of house areas of the stores.

Bourneville College, Birmingham

Smith-Canham completed a finance office fit-out which involved building and installing a bespoke counter and windows, compliant with the new DDA regulations. Smith-Canham also completed two complete toilet refurbishments involving the replacement of all sanitary ware, cubicles, Altro flooring, tiling and decorating.

Northfield Town Centre Partnership

Smith-Canham managed a full store fit-out, from builders’ shell to completed shop after successfully tendering for the project through Northfield Town Centre Partnership (a part of Birmingham City Council). This project included the design and construction of a bespoke service counter.
