DTO Presenter Booth Schedule for McDonalds 2007 to date

Task: to project manage the nationwide schedule of Drive-Thru Operations and Presenter Booth modifications.

Action: Smith-Canham liaised with all service and auxiliary companies on behalf of McDonalds and coordinated the entire installation at every store.

Result: Since 2007 Smith-Canham has effectively managed the conversion of 440 Presenter Booths.

Project Management of McDonalds COD Test and Stand Alone Sites

Task: to coordinate and manage the installation of Customer Order Display (COD) test and stand alone sites for McDonalds Restaurants.

Action: Initially, Smith-Canham installed the original COD at the test sites. Since then, Smith-Canham has also installed COD at 38 stand-alone sites.

Result: Smith-Canham’s expertise led to McDonalds requesting the company to write the installation guidelines for all contractors involved in the nationwide COD project.

Roto Roof

Task: to undertake and manage extensive maintenance and repairs to a large industrial complex on behalf of Roto Roof.

Action: Smith-Canham planned and scheduled for a team of 8 engineers to work at Roto Roof for several weeks completing a wide variety of maintenance tasks.

Result: The successful management of Roto Roof’s facility with the minimum of disruption in a short timescale.

Church Roof Installations

Task: To project manage various roofing installations for a number of churches in the Rugby and Coventry area on behalf of chartered surveyors, Godfrey-Payton.

Action: Smith-Canham coordinated relevant specialist roofing contractors to work in conjunction with ourselves to carry out necessary repairs in line with listed building requirements.

Result: The decline of the church structures has been reversed and the buildings left fully compliant with listed building status.
